We Have Answers

Everything you need to know about our additive manufacturing processes, tolerances, and service capabilities. Can't find your answer? Reach out to our experts.

We utilize industrial metrology-grade scanning systems that achieve dimensional tolerances as tight as ±0.02 mm (20 microns). This ensures that even the most complex mechanical threads, fine details, or organic surfaces are captured with extreme fidelity.
We reconstruct scanned mesh data into fully editable, parametric CAD models. We deliver final designs in standard formats such as STEP (.step), IGES (.iges), Parasolid (.x_t), as well as native SolidWorks (.sldprt) files. We also provide raw STL/OBJ polygonal meshes if required.
Yes. Reflective, dark, and transparent surfaces can reflect or absorb optical light, but we solve this by applying a micro-thin metrology spray. This temporary coating creates a matte white surface that is perfectly captured by our lasers. The spray is non-destructive, self-vanishing, or easily wiped off after scanning.
Absolutely! For large-scale components, heavy industrial machinery, structural fixtures, or high-security items that cannot leave your facility, our engineering team can travel with portable handheld scanners to perform metrology-grade 3D scanning directly at your site.
